Email Pending

  Hello,

  I am trying to update my email address, however, the change has been ‘pending’ for a week now. Is there a time limit on when this change will be processed?

  Also, when a customer tries to contact me on my website, I receive the email on a different email than the expected one. I expect to receive an email on the email address that is in the ‘contact’ form, however, I receive the email on my other gmail account. Any ideas how I can change this?
