  Hi,
  I would like to create my own email (email visible only to moderators and staff), but i don’t know how to do it? Can you add this service or tell me the way to do it?

  We don’t directly offer email service, you can setup an email address through Google Apps for Domains following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/google-apps-email/
