Email reset not working

I am trying to update my email address so that messages we get from our “connect with us” link come directly to me. After multiple times of trying to update it, the confirmation email still has not come through

The confirmation email sometimes gets caught in spam or junk folders, so that’s the first place to check. If it’s not there, it’s worth trying to request it again after a few minutes as occasionally there’s just a small delay.
If you’re still not receiving it, the issue might be with how your email provider handles automated emails from WordPress.com. Try updating to a different email address temporarily just to confirm the confirmation process works, and then switch to your preferred address once you’re in.
