    Hi there,

    I don’t see any recent password changes on your account, and the only emails we’ve sent you in the past week are the ones related to this forum thread.

    That is not an email address that belongs to WordPress.com, and we have no ability to send emails from that address.

    It sounds like someone has used your email address to create/register an account on the marcwkohler.com website. Only the owner of that site will be able to cancel/remove that account.
