Email sent to spam

  I have a problem with emails sent form our website to the customer. All customers receive email into spam box and I do not know how to solve it. When an email is received it is written that it is sent through hostgator.

  When I send an email directly from my gmail account it is not a problem. When I send it through hostgator the email goes directly to spam.

  Can you please help me?

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.

  If the emails are going out via a specific plugin, please contact support for that plugin instead.
