Email subcribers are not being notified of new post.

people who have previously subscribed to receive email notifications that a new post has been published are not getting notified.

Can you let me know the usernames or email addresses of the people who aren’t getting notified of your new posts? I can use that to look them up in our system and see what’s going on.

Hi Meryl,
The second email address you mentioned ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) has a pending subscription to your site. That means that email address signed up for email notifications but never confirmed the subscription. Can you please ask them to look for a confirmation email and click the link there to confirm the subscription?
The other two email addresses ((email visible only to moderators and staff) and (email visible only to moderators and staff)) don’t have any subscription to your site. Can you please ask them to try subscribing to the site again?

Great point. These dinosaurs are new to reading blogs. (!!) so They did not realize they had to confirm.
