Email Subscriber not receiving emails

  I have a user who has signed up for email updates, but he doesn’t get any through, he’s also checked his spam folder. Wondering if for some reason the address has been blacklisted? His name does appear correctly within the list of email subscribers for the blog in my control panel.

  People sometimes accidentally block all WordPress.com emails to their address. This is easy to fix, but it does require that the user themselves contact us.

  Can you have them email us at help@wordpress.com?
