Email subscribers not receiving my posts

One of my email followers has stopped receiving my blog posts for the past two months. Her email address still appears on my list of subscribers as an active subscriber and she has subscribed again on my home page, but still nothing. Please advise.

What is the username or email address? If you post the email address the software will automatically redact it ie. HIDE IT so only Staff can see it. I’ll tag this thread for a Staff follow-up. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

Hi there,
I checked our records, and we last sent an email to that subscriber on May 1, when you published your last post. Can you please ask her to check her email’s spam/junk folder to see if the emails are ending up there?

Hi. I had asked my friend to check her spam/junk folder last month when she reported that she wasn’t receiving my posts, and she says that there’s nothing in there. I will however ask her again.

If she doesn’t see the email in her spam/junk folder, she can also contact her email service provider to see if they have more information about why she didn’t receive those emails. It’s possible that her email provider filtered out the emails from us before they reached her inbox.
