Email subscribers unable to confirm subscription.

  I was informed by someone that they never received a confirmation email after attempting to subscribe. I also tried to subscribe myself via email and the confirmation button takes me to a page that says ‘Sorry, but this URL redirect doesn’t look like one’. Can this be fixed, please?
