My email has suspended however, I am unable to renew due to the domain not being registered via WordPress. Please advise.

In the meantime, may I suggest updating the email address on your WordPress.com account to something other than the email address you purchased with us? If there are issues with your email subscription — like there are now — you stop receiving email communication from us.
So, it’s ideal to have an email address that’s different from the email address you purchased on the same account.

So, since your domain is no longer with us, it is not possible to renew the Professional Email subscription through us. However, we can migrate the subscription to Titan Email (which is the email service provider). Once this is done, you’ll pay Titan Email directly to renew your email subscription going forward.
Please let me know if you’d like us to transfer the billing to Titan Email.
