  I have asked repeatedly for you to email me my transfer code and it doesnt send me one.

  I’m very sorry for the trouble. For some reason, our domain registrar is currently taking longer to process these transfer requests. Our developers are looking into the issue now, and I’ll let you know as soon as we have more information about it.

  If there’s anything I can do to help in the meantime, please let me know.

  i really need my domain pointing to another site and it also looks as though i dont have permission to redirect my domain from within the wordpress dashboard. Is there any advancements in the status of your domain regitrar or is there anyway i can point my domain to another location?

  Hi there,

  I am so sorry for the trouble you’re having with this. The glitch with our domain registrar is causing problems for both changing DNS (to point your domain to another host) and transferring the domain. We’re still working on finding a solution to the issue and I’ll let you know just as soon as we have an update.

  I just got word from our developers that this issue is resolved. You’ll need to request the transfer code again using the steps here: Transfer a Domain to Another Registrar

  So I was able to transfer my domain to GoDaddy and when I do a registrar check of my domain, it says GoDaddy owns it and on GoDaddy I have the domain pointing at GoDaddy nameservers. But its still redirecting to wordpress and I believe this is because wordpress is still holding it in my domains and won’t let me remove it from my list of registered domains that will redirect to my Primary Domain. I would like it removed.

  Hi there,

  I completely removed your domain from your account, to make sure nothing on this end is interfering. However, please note that it can take up to 72 hours for domain changes like this to take effect, so you may just need to wait a bit longer to see the domain transfer and name servers update on your end. :)
