Email used on multiple accounts

My email address is used on multiple WP sites, some I no longer work with. How do I find this list and remove where applicable?

If those sites are connected to your wordpress.com account, you find them under https://wordpress.com/support/admin-bar/#my-sites.

Thx. That is the correct link but not applicable. What about if I am an admin on a site and need to have myself removed so I don’t see updates.
The WP email to me doesn’t reference the site it is applicable to.
