  I put the wrong email in when I registered and I need to change it – but the new email I put in never got the confirmation email

  Hi there,

  If you created your account with the wrong email address you should just be able to change it from your account settings:

  https://wordpress.com/me/account/

  That will then send a new confirmation email to the new address that you can use to verify your account.
