Emailed posts.

When I email posts to my blog, i can see the attachment, but all the trailing email text is not included on the site. I investigated and thought that sending the email with the short code [comments on] would now display the rest of the email text – but it does not. I’m at a loss…Thanks!

The [comments on] shortcode for Post by Email will turn comments on or off for the post, but it doesn’t affect the rest of the text that is posted.
To make sure that the full text is included in the post, as well as any attachments, I recommend not forwarding emails to your post by email address. Instead, you can copy the text you want to include in your post and paste it into a new email. Then, attach any files you want to include in the post and send it.
