Emails and iCloud

    Hi – I’m considering buying a domain from WordPress but I’m unclear about email.

    I’d like a handful of email addresses – eg: (email visible only to moderators and staff) (email visible only to moderators and staff) etc

    But I want them to forward to my iCloud account via MX etc

    I’d also like to be able to reply from them.

    With wordpress option allows me to do that and how much does it cost per year?

    Hi there:

    What you’re looking for would be possible aside from the “reply from iCloud” requirement, which complicates things a bit.

    What we typically recommend is our Professional Email solution which allows you to send and receive emails to your custom email addresses, but those would be managed from your WordPress.com dashboard through Titan.

    However, if your intent was to have the ability to respond to emails through iCloud, you could set up those emails on iCloud’s end instead.

    You can set the MX records here at WordPress.com for iCloud through your domain management dashboard as well:

    I’m not sure what the cost would be on iCloud’s end, but the cost here at WordPress.com would just be the yearly plan price, depending on which plan level you need.
