Emails from WP

  I can’t seem to get anything from WordPress to send emails to the addresses entered (yes, they are spelled correctly). I thought it might just be the plug-in I’m using, but I also tried to change the admin email for my account and it hasn’t sent the email to either the existing admin email or the new email I added. Does anyone have any insight into why it’s doing this and how I can get it to send emails? I appreciate the help.
