Emails not being forwarded

  Hi,
  How do I update the email address that is in my ‘let’s chat’ form? I need it to drive to (email visible only to moderators and staff) instead of the current address ((email visible only to moderators and staff)).

  The site I need help with is kgcreativellc.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

  Hi @kgarry525, it depends on what contact form software you’re using. If you’re using Jetpack’s contact form, specify that address. You may also need to work with your host to ensure email from the server can correctly be delivered to that address.

  Going forward, for help with the free WordPress software itself, you’ll also want to use the correct forums for self-managed installations, at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  These forums are actually for the free sites hosted by WordPress.com. We have paid sites as well that get direct support. But the forums for the free software are at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
