  Hi there,

  According to the public WHOIS info for your domain, it is registered with Bluehost and not a domain that is registered directly with WordPress.com. You can confirm here: https://gwhois.org/acoustraweddingband.com+dns

  Because of this we are not able to help since we do not control your domain or email, but you can contact Bluehost support and they will be able to assist you.
