Emails not working

  Hi. I am trying to have all messages sent to me directly from my site sent to my separate email which i did not register the site with ,but nothing is working whenever i change the settings.
  Please help

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We’re only able to help with sites hosted on our servers at WordPress.com.
