embed "Follow blog via email"

  I want to embed the field “Enter your email address” of the widget “Follow blog via email” in my Facebook page,
  or at least to post a link to the dedicated page in my blog (not the title page), where visitors could enter their email address for subscription (like Feedburner has: http://feedburner.google.com/fb/a/mailverify?uri=NomadChaiBarBerlin). Is it possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  You can create a dedicated subscription page in your blog using the Blog Subscription Shortcode.

  To do that, you can create a new page on your blog. In the editor for that page, you can add the blog subscription shortcode, which looks like this:

  [blog_subscription_form]

  That shortcode will turn into a subscription form when you publish the page. Then, you can link to that page so visitors can subscribe to the blog.
