Embed IG video post withOUT caption

  I’ve been trying (unsuccessfully) to embed a video post from my Instagram into a blog post, without the caption. I see that by using the Embed Video (ARVE) with link I can choose to copy it on IG without the caption. However, when I do that it’s just an image block of code and not the post. Then when I just use the URL as is it finally embeds correctly but with the caption.

  On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

  If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help at https://wordpress.org/support/forums instead, or if you’re using a particular plugin for Instagram embeds, contact support for that plugin directly.

  Hi, I was editing within WordPress (as far as I know). It is hosted on our site on Showit but I was writing/editing/embedding within WordPress. We do not have an Instagram plug-in and there’s no option to add new plug-ins within our WordPress.
