embed not working

Hi, I’ve been paying for wordpress since 2018, trying to get my site going. Admittedly, I haven’t pursued it very doggedly, but I try again every so often but keep runing into problems.
I’m trying to do one thing: embed Spotify tracks in the 352px version as opposed to the compact, so that the album art shows up nice and large. And the custom HTML block is working for that, but in preview only. When I publish, the spotify embed does not show at all.
