Embedding

I’m trying to figure out how to embed images from Getty (per their rules) like I used to do. I don’t see Getty on your embed list. Does that mean I can no longer embed images from them on my blog?

    Hi there!

Please note that your site at marfmom.com is using the WordPress.org software and is hosted by Justhost. We aren’t able to provide direct support for sites using WordPress.org as this forum is for WordPress.com sites. If you aren’t sure about the differences, please check out this page: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org.

We are happy to point you in the right direction, but note that you may need to contact your hosting service for help or post on the WordPress.org community forum here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums

We didn’t have any embed options for Getty Images on WordPress.com, so I’m not 100% certain about the process you used to embed them on your WordPress.org site (which is different). But if you’re using the block editor, and the Embed block doesn’t embed from Getty Images, you may try the following:

First, open the image you want to embed from Getty and copy the embed code. Then use the Custom HTML block which lets you add embed code directly from third-party sites.

If the embed code doesn’t work with the Custom HTML block either, you may ant to contact Getty support or post on the WordPress.org community support forum here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums

    Regards
