embedding a code to have ads on my blog

  I want to embed a code in my blog for blogvertise to put ads on my blog but do not know how to do this. Why is this so hard!!!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Because it is against the terms of service here.

  All blogger-initiated advertising is banned here. If you wish, and you have a custom domain, you can apply for the WordAds program, which splits ad revenue between you and WP.com. That’s IT for advertising here.
