Embedding Buzzsprout podcast player

  I would like to embed a buzzsprout player from buzzsprout.com. They are a podcasting service and they provide code for embedding a player into your own website, in this case calvarylosalamos.wordpress.com. However, they use script tags, and whenever I try to use them, wordpress just strips them out. Is there any way of working around this? Or do I need to find a different podcasting service? Which one’s work best with wordpress.com and can they embed players?

  Hi Landon,

  WordPress.com doesn’t currently support embedding players from Buzzsprout, but I just suggested it to our team so they can consider adding support for it in the future. (Thanks for letting us know about it!)

  For now, you can embed audio from any of the services mentioned under “Audio” here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/category/media/

  You are also welcome to add links to other media sites, instead of embedding them, as mentioned here: Audio
