Embedding Google spreadsheet

    I’ve tried to embed my Google Sheet using ‘Custom HTML’ widget, and get the error ‘Tag is not allowed’. But your instructions online say specifically that this can be done. What’s up?

    Hi there,

    It sounds like you are trying to add a spreadsheet to a widget (and not a page) is that correct?

    Our instructions here do show you how to add a Google spreadsheet into a “Custom HTML block” in our page editor. However, that same code will not work in an HTML widget as most widgets do not have space to show a formatted spreadsheet embed.

    If you add your Google Sheet to a page (instead of a sidebar widget) does it embed for you correctly?
