Embedding iFrame

    I have seen a number of topics about this issue, but cannot find one that strictly applies to me. I have a cycling blog at SteepClimbs.com and I want to embed Garmin Connect ride data.

    The Garmin link is at:
    http://connect.garmin.com/activity/75181419

    They have an embed option that gives me an iFrame tag:
    <iframe width=’465′ height=’548′ frameborder=’0′ src=’http://connect.garmin.com:80/activity/embed/75181419′></iframe>

    This is a WordPress.com hosted blog, so plugins are not an option.
    Is it possible to embed these in my site the way it is currently configured?

    You can’t use iframes on WordPress.COM – for security reasons
