embedding photo

  So I am just setting up my blog and am new to this.

  I want to embed photos in my blog. When I say embed, the term I mean is that when you look at the blog, the photos appear without clicking a URL. I just say that in case I am using the wrong terminology.

  I have posted from Photobucket (not supported I now know) Flickr and wordpress library and only the link shows but no pic. Do I need an upgrade to embed photos?

  Also, I haven’t tried yet, but will Youtube videos embed without the videos without an upgrade?

  To embed videos, namely YouTube videos, follow the instructions on the support documentation (look for the name of the video website on the blue menu of related articles):

  Regarding what you call “embedding images”, are you referring to a slideshow or a single image? I suggest you take a look at these documents to ensure you are doing it right:

  If, after reading these documents, you don’t understand why the code you tried to insert doesn’t work, paste it here between backticks (`) so we can have a look.
