Embedding Word File or creating function to export HTML to Word doc file

    Hi WordPress team,

    I would like for one of my tabs to have a function where people can complete a form (e.g. name, birthday) and through HTML I want to export their inputs to a PDF or Word file. Can you please let me know how I can do this? Thank you!

    Detailed example:
    – Visitor inputs their data
    – I have a template in the background (I don’t know how)
    – Visitor clicks button and their inputs are combined with my template (pre-populated)
