Emergency – my site has disappeared.

    Please help, my WordPress site for more than 12 years http://www.kimilla.com has disappeared from Google and is no longer inside my WordPress account. It appears to have been deleted?

    This appears to have occurred yesterday.

    I am an online yoga school.

    Thank you for your help.

    Hi there!

    I checked our records and noticed that kimilla.com was never hosted by us at WordPress.com. If you used WordPress on this site, you were using the WordPress.org software and the site was hosted by a different hosting company.

    We provide support primarily for WordPress.com sites on this forum. There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it well: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org.

    Since your site was hosted elsewhere, we don’t actually have any insights as to what might be happening with that site. The best place to ask for help is your hosting service provider. I see that the domain now has Digital Ocean’s nameservers. Perhaps you were hosting the site with them as well?

    I’d suggest contacting Digital Ocean first to see if they can point you in the right direction. You can also post on the WordPress.org support forum for general advice here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums
