Emergency Off-Line Mode – locked out of site

    Hello,

    I recently turned on Emergency Off-Line Mode on my site as there was an unknown admin login (email from word press suggests to do this). Before turning it offline, it said I would still be able to access my site through the IP used at the time, but haven’t been able to access it since.

    Does anyone know how to access the site again so I can get it back online!

    This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
