Hi, I was invited to work on a WordPress.com site, but I cannot accept the invitation. When I click the invitation accept button, I get a Jetpack “too many redirects” error. After logging into WordPress.com, my account shows “no sites yet,” so the site access is not being attached to my account. The site owner already has an active support case/ticket about this issue. Please respond to the owner’s active case so they can regain dashboard access and resolve the Jetpack/plugin conflict from the owner side.Site: oda3.orgMy WordPress.com account email: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

The ‘too many redirects’ loop during an invitation acceptance usually points to a mismatch between the site’s local URL settings (HTTP vs. HTTPS) or an active caching/security plugin on oda3.org blocking Jetpack’s authorization callback. Because this forum is a public user-to-user space, community members cannot access private internal support tickets or modify account states directly. The best way forward is to have the site owner log into their hosting control panel, temporarily disable any caching plugins or server-side firewalls, and then re-issue the team invitation link to you. Alternatively, if the owner is completely locked out of their dashboard, they should update their existing support ticket via their email thread, as the Happiness Engineers will need to manually clear the stuck Jetpack connection cache from the backend.
