  Greetings, inasmuch the first year subscription is free. What will happen if I don’t have up to the amount needed for the subscription as at the time registering. Will it be declined?

  Only the domain is free for the first year. You still have to pay for the plan itself.
  If you don’t have enough credits, “No pay, no cure”
