Empty my blog of all content

Hello, I would like to remove all the content from my blog as I intend to start over. Thank you!

I did search the forums before posting up my “request”, and found the “Empty my blog of all content” option in Tools > Delete Site.
From there, I received the following instruction: If you wish to empty your blog of all of its content but keep the blog name, please contact support, and one of our Happiness Engineers will be glad to lend a hand. Do note that once the blog is emptied, the content is gone forever, so please make sure you mean it before you ask us to empty your blog.
I do not know if there is any difference between deleting all the content myself and having the help of a Happiness Engineer.

Not really, except that Happiness Engineers are not currently responding to help requests from people without paid upgrades “Until the backlog of requests is gone”.

Removing all the Posts and Pages yourself even for a large blog should be way less time than the turnaround time for a support ticket – removing all the content yourself should take only a few minutes (or maybe several in the case of a very large blog).

Wow, thanks for all the replies! I was actually wondering if removing the contents myself would produce a “less clean” work, but after reading more, I don’t think it will make much difference. Time for some spring cleaning :P
