  Hello,

  I would like all the content from my site deleted via automation method. The forums say to contact a “Happiness Engineer” but then it just sends me back to the forums to enter the question again. The search for the elusive Happiness Engineer has only made me more frustrated! As a customer experience this is a huge fail.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Unless you have a huge amount of content on your site, it may be speedier to do this yourself following these instructions: http://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/

  FWIW-I could not reach wordpress.brandmdna.com as it redirects to brandmdna.com

  Thanks, Jennifer. All the content is housed within WordPress even though re-directing to brandmdna.com. I assume I still delete at the WordPress level? Thanks.

  Yes, in your WPcom dashboard as per each Support document linked on that page.
