Enable purchases

    To be able to upgrade my plan is disabled. It says I must contact for it to be enabled.

    Purchases are not disabled for the WordPress.com account you’re using to post here.

    Which plan are you trying to buy, and what is the exact error message you see when you try?

    It looks like there are some failed payments on your account, but those are failing because your bank/credit card company is declining the charges. Please follow up with them directly to find out why that might be the case.
