Encrypted users?

    I have a BIG issue!! I was trying to migrate my -draft- domain content, to my main domain, but I changed the URL from WordPress general settings. But now I can’t access either account. username is not recognized, PLEASE HELP, I tried the recovery password option but when I open the link sent to my email it says the link isn´t valid, So I’m really confused because I cand edit any domain neither my main domain nor the draft* domain. I tried accessing from hosting which is my host page but it asks for the login information from WordPress. PLEASE HELP!

    Your site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another host.

    Changing the domain on a stand-alone WordPress site like yours has to follow a specific process. You can find the documentation for that process here, though many hosting providers have their own process for this via their hosting control panel.

    Depending on your setup, you might be able to fix this yourself using those instructions. If not, please contact your hosting provider directly for help.
