  All plans come with one free domain, yes.

  2.Should I be able to generate money through word ad,

  The Premium Plan comes with immediate admission to the WordAds program, though how much you earn will depend on various factors, including the amount of traffic you get on your site.

  3.host website

  Do you mean does it include hosting? No, because you already have hosting for free at http://experienceofife987.wordpress.com/. On WordPress.com you don’t pay for hosting, just for the extra features included in the plan.

  4.com will be converted to org

  That depends on the domain you register. If you want your site to have a .org domain, just register a .org domain.

  Or if you’re referring to WordPress.com vs WordPress.org, no, it does not change your site to a WordPress.org website. Your site will still be hosted with us on WordPress.com, and using our modified version of the WordPress software, not the open source version found on the WordPress.org website.
