  i bought a domain name from namecheap and i want to use the domain name here

  Sure thing — if you bought the domain recently, I’d recommend mapping it like this:
  http://wordpress.com/support/domains/map-existing-domain/

  You’ll pick on of the paid plans, then the mapping is free.

  You’re also welcome to transfer the domain if it’s at least 60 days old and unlocked. The transfer is free with a paid plan, and will add one year to your registration. Then you’ll just renew the domain here each year in addition to your plan.
