    What if half way thru (e.g. after 6 months signed up) I wish to change plan anyway??? How would the process take place and what about the balance of the money paid for the existing plan???

    Hi there,

    You can upgrade from one plan to a higher plan at any time. When you do, you’ll receive an automatic discount based on the unused time of your original plan.

    Downgrading to a cheaper plan is also possible, but you’ll need to open a support ticket so we can do that for you. When you downgrade to a cheaper plan outside of the refund period, you don’t receive any credit for unused time on the plan.
