Entering wp-admin redirecting to home page instead for dashboard

    Hello there.!
    I want to login to my website admin dashboard but when I enter login credentials it will take to the home page instead of admin dashboard.
    Please help to resolve this problem.

    Hi there,

    We’re limited in how we can help because we don’t actually host your site on WordPress.com. Your host (Bluehost) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer on our managed WordPress service. Because of this we don’t have access to your server files or the ability to take a closer look.

    Unfortunately we use a custom login system on WordPress.com (my other clue you might be hosted elsewhere) so I’m not familiar with how to troubleshoot this issue. But the good news is that there is a support line for the variant of WordPress that Bluehost uses.
