Episodes are visible only on my own device

I publish a podcast on my church website. Although I’m told the episodes are published, and they appear on the website accessed on my own device, the episodes do not appear at all on other devices. I was told to access the website directly (not through WordPress) and click on the episode, and this would do something to complete the link. No go. What am I doing wrong?

The church website is http://www.stmargarets.org. I post the podcasts from my laptop at home.
