EPP / Auth. ID needed for domain

Dear Sir/Madam,
A while back I’ve registered the domain joeyduis.nl via WordPress. It was part of some sort of trail package you offer. However I canceled the whole package within a day or so. I also contact WordPress about the domain as I wasn’t able to register it at another hosting party. The answer was, just wait it will become available again.
I just contacted another hosting party and asked them to register joeyduis.nl. However it is still not available, I need to transfer it. But in order to do that I need a EPP / Auth. ID. But the domain isn’t listed in ‘my domains’ list in WordPress. So how will I be able to get the code I need/transfer/claim the domain.

Hi there,
When you cancel a custom domain name (like the domain joeyduis.nl), there’s no guarantee the domain will become available again for you to register elsewhere.
If you’d like, I can send you a payment form for that domain name and try to recover it for you. If we’re able to recover it, you will own the domain name again and will be able to use it elsewhere if you’d like. Would you like to go ahead and try that?

Already seem to fixed it myself via domain mapping option.
However I’m now trying to get the Auth ID. I’ve checked: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/transfer-domain-registration/But when I click on ‘edit’ I don’t see the options that are shown in the tutorial. Do I need to wait for these options to become available? Or am I doing something wrong?

Hi there,
When you go to your My Domains page, clicking the “Edit” button should bring up the domain manager. In that manager, you’ll see a “Transfer Domain” tab on the left. You can click on that to get the domain transfer options.
If you don’t see that right away, you may need to refresh your browser while you’re on the My Domains page to get all the domain manager options. If you run into any more trouble with that, please let me know!

How long does it take to get the email with the codes? I requested the codes yesterday, but didn’t receive an email yet? Thanks again.

Sorry about that! I’ve contacted our domain registrar partner to make sure they get that code emailed to you as soon as possible. If you haven’t received it in the next 24 hours, please let me know and I’ll check with them again.

I’m so sorry about this. I’m contacting our registrar again to have them email you that auth code. I’m not sure why it’s taking so long, but I will keep checking with them to make sure it’s sent.
