EPP Authorization Code

    My domain name (sureairllc) expired on June 1st, but I wanted it transferred to Bluehost. May I get the Authorization Code for the domain? Thank you!

    Hi there,

    sureairllc is not a domain name. What is the full domain, please?

    The account you’re using to post here has never owned any domains with us. We can only provide a transfer code to the account that owns the domain.

    Additionally, if the domain expired on 1 June, it will already be in redemption by now, which means we no longer have control over it, and you’ll have to pay the domain registry a $80 fee for them to restore the domain to our system before you’ll be able to transfer it away from us.

    Just to be clear, we can also only recover a domain from redemption if the account that owns the domain requests it.
