  I’m looking to get my EPP Authorization Code from Automattic Inc. I can’t seem to work out how, though. Please help.

  We have absolutely no history of domains under the account you’re currently logged into.

  What is the domain name you’re trying to transfer?

  That domain belongs to a different account here, not the one you’re currently logged in to.

  Once you’re logged in under the correct account, you can transfer it and obtain the EPP code by following this guide: https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/transfer-domain-registration/
