Eradicating old efforts

I have begun several blogs/sites and I am completely muddled. I want to start afresh, so that any existing knowledge of user names or email address is cancelled. Every time I use my existing email address; wordpress takes me to one of my first efforts. I want to start completely afresh.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You need to use a new email address or just get okay with the idea of a new blog on an existing email. If you want no knowlege of previous emails, you cannot use previous emails, simple as that.

Thank you. So, I have a user name; I have an email address[this is the one I have been using]; I have a valid password. I can now log in and begin a completely new blog. Is that right?

If your email address and username are different from the previous ones, yes. If you use a different email address and just USERNAME2 then obviously there’s an issue. I have to say it, because some people do that. As long as both email and username are different and you don’t stupidly comment on one blog when signed in as the other person, you should be cool.
