Erased my information and now can’t seem to start again

  I accidently erased my blog that I had worked on when I was trying to change the footer under the edit and then admin section. I am certain there’s no way to retrieve this but now it won’t even let me start again .

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
