‘ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS’

  I am receiving this error when trying to access my site ‘ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS’ – I have figured out that I need to access my wp-config.php but I do not know where to find this.

  I have taken this website off someone else and I am unsure if they used an FTP client (cpanel) so I do not know where I can find wp-config.php.
