ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

  Good afternoon; I am a somewhat experienced WP user but not a coder. I received the redirect error after creating and editing a blog several times. The screen recommended ‘clearing your cookies,’ which I did but to no avail. I also deactivated a plugin I added and cleared my WP cache several times.
  How do I fix this error?
