Erroneous renewal of account

    I cancelled this account long ago and have not asked for this account to be reactivated and I do not have any payment form listed, yet you just renewed my account and charged my credit card (with information you should not have). How can we fix this and get this account permanently cancelled? Thank much! Liz Byrd

To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
